By accessing or using the sportsbook, you expressly acknowledge and agree that any latency, outage, pricing discrepancy, settlement error, data corruption, or other defect arising from or related to the Sportsbook Vendor's systems remains solely that vendor's responsibility. We disclaim, to the fullest extent permitted by law, any warranty, duty, or liability for losses or damages resulting from such third-party errors, and your recourse is limited to the remedies available from the Sportsbook Vendor. Your continued use of the sportsbook constitutes acceptance of these terms in addition to our Terms of Service.
